Through the lens of black and white, I seek the quiet drama of light, texture, and form. Stripping away color allows space for the essential — the tension between shadow and highlight, the stillness between moments. My digital process is rooted in traditional photographic sensibilities, focusing on mood, simplicity, and the emotive power of the monochrome palette. Each image is an invitation to pause — to notice what is usually overlooked, and to feel what cannot be said in words. I was trained at Batley School of Art and design in the mid 1960's.
My work is available as prints. Also through Millenium Images and Arcangel Images for the publishing industry.
